Inspection
We check the rug's condition, fibre and any stains or areas of concern before cleaning.
Stain treatment
Spills and stains are treated individually where needed. Different stains need different products, so we don't take a one-treatment-fits-all approach.
Deep cleaning
Where suitable, we use steam extraction to loosen built-up dirt and rinse it from the rug fibres.
Our van-mounted system then uses strong suction to extract the dirty water back out.
Odour treatment
Deodorising can help with everyday smells from pets, spills and general use. More significant odour problems, particularly urine, may require additional treatment.

One of the advantages of our hot water extraction system is that it doesn't leave the rug saturated.
Our van-mounted machine has strong suction that removes much of the water as we clean. Using only the moisture needed for the job, then extracting it straight back out, helps rugs dry faster.
Actual drying time will still depend on the rug itself, the weather, temperature, airflow and humidity.
