Spot and stain treatments are included as part of our carpet cleaning service. We'll assess any problem areas and use the treatment we think gives the best chance of removal. If a stain can't be safely removed, we'll explain why and talk you through the options.

If your carpet has been damaged and you need information for an insurance claim, we can assess the damage and provide professional advice on whether cleaning or restoration may be possible.

Deodorising is included with our standard carpet cleaning. We use professional deodorising treatments designed to tackle odours rather than simply cover them up with fragrance, leaving your carpet clean and fresh.
Some odours, particularly pet urine or more severe odour problems, may need additional treatment. We’ll let you know if we think that’s needed.
Not all carpets are the same, so we don’t clean them all the same way. We know the different types of carpet fibres and which cleaning products and methods work best for each.
For most carpet cleaning jobs across Auckland, we use our powerful van-mounted hot water extraction system. It gives us plenty of hot water and strong suction to loosen and remove dirt, grime and cleaning residue from your carpet.

Our van-mounted machine uses hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning, to loosen and lift dirt from deep within the carpet. Powerful suction then extracts the dirty water back out to the van.

Strong extraction removes more of the water used during cleaning, helping your carpets dry faster. Drying time will still depend on the carpet, weather, ventilation and other conditions on the day.

Heat and powerful extraction do a lot of the heavy lifting, but the right cleaning products are just as important. We choose our treatments based on your carpet, its condition and what needs to be removed, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
