A few things to help us get set up and clean your carpets:
Space for equipment: Please leave enough room for us to load and unload our equipment, set up and work.
Parking: If there’s visitor parking we can use, please let us know. If we need to use paid parking, we’ll include that cost in your final bill.
Lift access: We’ll need to use the lift for apartments on higher floors. Please check whether your building requires a lift booking.
Water and power: Please make sure running water and electricity are available for us to use throughout the clean.

Our Service

Moving out or time for a clean?
We deep clean your carpets using hot water extraction, which lifts out dirt and removes the dirty water. We choose the cleaning treatments to suit your carpet and pay attention to any areas of concern.
Spots and stains
We treat stains as part of the clean and explain if any are unlikely to come out.
Smells and odours
Let us know about any smells so we can recommend the right treatment.
Moving out
Book after the furniture is removed so we can clean the whole carpet.
